✔ Advance payments are non-refundable but can be adjusted against future bookings.

✔ Course fees must be paid in full before starting the training.

✔ Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another batch (subject to availability).

✔ Attendance is mandatory for certification.

✔ Clients with medical conditions must disclose details before treatment.

✔ Patch tests are recommended for sensitive procedures.
